成就目标定向理论是教育领域中被广泛认可和接受的动机理论。已有研究表明,成就目标定向会受到感知教师支持的影响( Vansteenkiste et al. ,2004) 。鉴于此,研究引入成就目标定向考察感知教师支持与学生学习投入关系的影响机制。当代成就目标定向理论对成就目标的分类有二维观( 掌握目标和表现目标) 、三维观( 掌握趋近、表现趋近和表现回避) 和四维观( 掌握趋近、掌握回避、表现趋近和表现回避) 等不同观点,其中四维观是最具代表性的( Elliot & McGregor,2001) 。四种不同目标定向在预测个体学习投入的有效性上有不同的作用。如有研究显示,掌握趋近能正向预测学习投入,掌握回避对学习投入的预测作用不显著( Babenko et al. ,2018) 。表现趋近和表现回避对学习投入的影响有一定的争议,但多数研究结果支持表现趋近正向预测学习投入( Sideridis & Kaplan,2011) ,表现回避能通过中介变量( 如学业拖延) 间接预测学习投入,而直接预测作用不显著( 洪伟 等,2018) 。

Chen( 2015) 修订的《成就目标问卷》。该问卷共 12 个项目,包括掌握趋近、掌握回避、表现趋近和表现回避四个维度。采用 6 点计分,某个维度得分越高,表明被试越倾向于采取这类成就目标。四个维度的内部一致性系数分别为0. 73、0. 67、0. 75 和 0. 87。
